We are a liquidation warehouse providing customers with a variety of items at wholesale prices. That means we sell our products 20-50% less than what other retailers sell the same products for. We pride ourselves in customers gaining a good bargain while having a great experience. We want repeat customers versus a one time shot, and go the extra mile for all of our customers.

Do I need an appointment to come in?

No appointment is needed. Come in anytime we are open.

What is our return policy?

Most of our items are sold As-Is, where the buyers assumes all risks. We do our best: to test all items, to fully describe, & disclose all pertinent information about our products. We want you to be fully informed about all products. However, we value your business and understand that once in a while you may need to return an item.

Liquidation Return Guidelines:

• All returned merchandise must be accompanied with its ORIGINAL RECIPT.
• ALL ITEMS MARKED “AS IS” ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
• You may exchange defective merchandise for a like item or for a store credit equal to your purchase.
• All returns have a 1 WEEK time limit from the date of purchase.

Estate Sale Return Guidelines:

• ALL ESTATE SALE / USED ITEMS ARE SOLD IN “AS IS” CONDITION
• No testing done on Estate/Used items
• Due to the nature of used items we are unfortunately unable to handle any returns

Is there a risk in purchasing store return or overstock items?

Not all of our products are for everyone. Most products received from department stores and major retailers are salvaged, returned, overstock, etc. These items are usually not retail ready and not in the condition you would see if you walked into a store that sells brand new items. You must be aware that the discounted priced will reflect any slight abnormalities such as scratches, missing parts, advertising mishap, or other used qualities about the products. Please make sure to do your research before shopping; and evaluate all products with caution.

Most items are sold "As-Is" and we do our best to accurately describe any item. We are not trying to scam you but you must be aware that these are not in perfect new condition. Often times items are "Like New" as they are still in the box or packaging but may have been opened. We can not gurantee if they are used or not.

What are the costs of your items?

The costs of each item will depend on the condition and the current retail value. The retail value is based on current economy of supply and demand dictated by you the consumer. We try to competively discount the current retail value for you to get it at a wholesale price.

Our items are scanned and researched before being priced to see what price they are currently being sold at. Then we discount our items atleast 30% less than what you could find anywhere else.

What are common industry terms?

Liquidation: For our business purposes we generally use this term to describe the type of goods we sell. We gather our inventory from a variety of businesses that sell their items in bulk to us, so they can get rid of it quickly; also known as liquidate. They like to sell to us by "liquidating", their items at a cheaper cost for varying reasons such as settling a debt, no longer in wish to sell, was a returned item, has a minor defective flaw and so on.

Wholesale: Is known as the selling of goods in large quantities to be retailed by others. The ability to buy in bulk allows us to sell the items at wholesale prices; which means lower than what can be found in stores. The savings we get from buying in bulk, we pass on to our customers to give them low prices.

Pallet: wooden structure to support goods while in transit typically moved with forklifts.

Salvage: Often used to describe any type of good that a store or manufacturer no longer wishes to sell or market. They then liquidate the item which is selling quickly at a lower price. Salvaged goods are thought of as having gone through a service center.

Overstock: This terms refers to merchandise that has never been purchased or used but is considered excess inventory from stores. Also known as closeouts or surplus, these are goods that have been sold in stores. They are usually retail ready items, generally new condition, not defective, and packaging is in good condition.

As-Is: This term refers to selling condition of goods or merchandise. The buyer assumes all risks in purchasing such goods with no guarantee or ability to return the item.

Returned Items: Merchandise that has gone back to the store after being purchased. A customer could decide to send back because wrong item or just opened the box and did not like it. There is no way of telling if it was actually used or not used.

Defective items: This usually means a product is not 100% perfect according to the manufacturer after being tested. It could mean one piece is missing in a Tupperware set, an aesthetic flaw(aka scratch) on an appliance, or broken piece in a technology gadget. Typically defective items are merchandise that: has not passed testing standards, incomplete, partial sets/parts, quality control flaw, and so on.

How do I know what is in an entire pallet?

If purchasing an entire pallet there is no sure way to tell what everything in it is. It is best to try to examine the pallet by sight and make sure that what you can see will be of value to you. We can do our best to tell you what is in the pallet but there is no sure way to tell until the pallet is taken apart.

Can I purchase your items online?

Yes, a few of our items from the liquidation warehouse & antique store can be found online.
